Refunds

✓ Full refund of the registration fee will be provided if the registered participant sends in writing his/her intent to cancel the registration 30 days prior to the event date.

✗ No refund Registration fee will not be refunded if the registered participants cancels his or her registration 30 or less days of or on the event date
